Issues for prayer now that the election has happened:-
- The result has brought about a complete change from the Conservatives having a majority to the Labour group now having full control.
- A mixture of new and experienced Councillors who have now been given the opportunity to put into action what they had been promoting from being the opposition.
- Officers who now have a new Cabinet to work with whose policies may conflict with what is in place from the previous group.
- The spiritual shift that has been brought about through this year's Mayor's Chaplain that has been selected.
